Can any one help me out what are the formalities ( Statutories) to full fill to get new ESI no for a Factory. How to get the New ESI Code number for new started factory.

Hello Mr.Shan,
For the new ESI registration.
1. Need to tell what type of factory it is?
2.Total number of employees working in the factory as per their salaries.
3.Employees' drawing salary upto Rs.10,000/-pm will be applicable for ESI.
4.6.5% is payable towards ESI, out of which 4.75% from Prinicipal Employer and 1.75% from employee.
5.Need to approach the Commissioner of ESI at your place.
