All the industries which has 30 or more employees which includes indirect employees shall engage the apprentice under NAPS/NATS which is mandatory including the IT/ITES Industry.
You can engage upto 15% of the apprentice on your headcount. In Karnataka & Maharashtra its permitted upto 25%

Minimum tenure under NATS is 6 months and you can engage upto 1 year
