3) How many persons joined
4) Sickness and Absent rate
5) Latecomers
6) Training conducted: bifurcate technical and HR
7) Average employee age
8) Average employee tenure
9) HR to Employee ratio
10) Gender Diversity
11) Employee engagement ratio
12) Open positions
13) Persons covered in Mediclaim and Esic
