Sir(s), In such matters of delay, I think, an application under RTI to call for information regarding present status of case and the level at which there is delay is also very effective remedy.

Please check while submitting your bank detail (cancelled cheque) I think you should have sole account details only and not joint account. Please check with company about this... if this is the rule may be you need to apply again.

please register a grievance in EPFO web site mention all your PF & EPS account details and request them to share your withdrawal status, you will get reply from concern EPFO office within two working days and accordingly you may decide your further course of action.

You can log in to epfindia website and check the status of your application. Had you mentioned your mobile number,
a mobile alert would have been received by you indicating the reference number.
Simulatenously please log into EPFO site and lodge a grievance at their site "EPFIGMS" . Furnish all particulars,
You shall be getting an early reply from the RPFC's office of your region.
