Pls advise me, how should I introduce Performance appraisal system in my organization. Till date, no PMS is here in our organization and various issues arise like no proper annaul increments, dissatisfaction due to gap in salaries of old and new employees etc.
pls Help me in above matter.

Dear Ashima,
In order to implement performance appraisal in your organization, First try to convince your top management the benifits of it to avoid any interuptions as it is a long process.Then you have to sit with the dept heads to determine the KRA (Key reasult area) & KPA (Key performance area).After that asign weightage to each KRAs according to their priority.soon after that , ask dept heads to rate their team members against their KRAs .
