Hi I started up my own business, Enerjoy Care Services four years ago after my own mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. We specialise in managing the care and enhancing the quality of life of the person with Dementia or Alzheimer's, their family and care givers. Although the work is challenging we are getting incredible results and making a real difference in our clients' lives. I have gradually expanded the staff to two care managers and recently a registered nurse has joined. In spite of our success in our service we are not making sufficient profit,. This is due to poor costing, insufficient clients due to lack of marketing skills and inadequate financial knowledge and management. b) Amongst the programme I also conduct training on "Mentoring". I know thoroughly how to mentor a mentee. As of now, I am mentor of two VPs. One is VP(Ops) of one prestigious mall of Bangalore and another is VP (Ops) of India'a major real estate company.
c) I have a client in Nigeria and I have exposure of African continent.
