How to Make a back dated PF Challan for non compliance for only one employee?

Dear All, How to Make a back dated PF Challan for non compliance for only one employee who has worked with us for 13 months and he has no any PF past history.

You cannot file a back dated challan but you have to register the employee now and pay his contributions with retrospective date as contribution on omitted wages. Obviously, it will attract interest and damages also.
