Hi sir,I joined in the company Jan 2020.i have completed my 7.5months in this company.and am not a confirmed employee.Am not deducted ESI/PF till today.

I felt this is not the right organization to work and I decided to quit.I have given my resignation on 13th of August 2020 by writing and mail also after discussing with the management.Still they are not responded.
Now they are asking me to serve 30days notice period.I have already served notice period of 15days.
Please suggest should I serve another 15days or I can get exit.
