Would like to post a inspiration lessons for corporate culture. Just a basic points but very essential ones for Freshers who are looking for entry in corporate world; tips for a corporate culture

In this fast growing and competitive corporate sector, hell lot of “BASIC” points are there which must be practiced and cannot be ignored at any cost. The Bollywood movie “Rocket Singh – Salesman of the Year” enlightens us with such practices which can have favourable or adverse effect in corporate culture.
Lessons for Sr Management – Most important, understand the fact that it takes much efforts and time to build a team, a company, a brand. But can be brought down to ground in fraction of seconds if not handled constructively
1. “Get together” is must.
- Occasionally or on weekends a small get together is preferred in order to keep the employees happy, motivated, to energize them, and for a personal touch. We find it as the company got a new order
2. On the other hand, if the employees are not happy, it will lead to frustration, further it will affect the professional relationship and it will be badly effect the business and the operation.
- Nitin, the senior most employee was little bit unhappy for whatsoever reasons. It was exposed later on
- Dona, the receptionist was unhappy because of monotonous job, not getting timely promotion
- Giri, the hardware engineer also wanted to earn some extra, he immediately opted for the offer that he was getting. A satisfied employee will not go for other business which will affect his current job
- Rocket Singh – because he was mocked, was underestimated and moreover he has not been valued from the very first day
- Even Mishra ji, designation-wise may not be an asset BUT role wise, was one of the key member of the organization. He was not at all honoured.
3. False practices are only for short term
- Building the foundation on false practices. AYS were conducting the business by giving bribes. Very soon we noticed that other companies started losing their interest in doing business with AYS.
4. Deficiency in services
- The services which are catered to customer must be quality one, timely one and most important to their satisfaction.
Tips for Business Development: Mr Rocket Singh when moved with the plan to establish his own firm called Rocket Sales Corporation, his activities and approaches are noticeable
- Focus on your aim and not distract from it.
- Proper planning is required to fulfil your aim. He use to meet with his team members for planning.
- Additional hard work results in positive leads. And positive leads turned out to sales. How much we do will be less.
- Offer extra and add-on services to customers
- Be honest in your dealings
- Value your team and customers
Tips for Candidates: Newly passed out college students ie one who needs a job, one who is looking for open doors for an entry in corporate world -- should UNDERSTAND
1. Trump card
- Nitin was one of the expert in playing with such “Trump cards” ie offering cigar to get the information; cheerfully handling the receptionist for access to Sr Management; Going through the notice board to smell the present scenario. Or in other words such Trump Cards can be treated as an “opportunity”. Freshers must utilize such Trump Card or the given Opportunity. Instead of waiting for upcoming unknown opportunity, we should get through the opportunity which is at hand. Every door should be knocked – Not sure which one will get opened up. So never miss any opportunity.
2. Identify your potentials, your skills, your interest, your expectation from a job, your satisfaction level and accordingly pursue your career in that path. Out of the 100 job advertisements, Rocky selected the job as per his skills. His knowledge about sales was zero, His marks were not enough. But he analysed and understood what kind of job he can do. Finally did he failed in his career? No – he scaled new heights.
3. Brand name
- To succeed in career either you should get associated with any brand name or go ahead and build a brand name
