Hello Everyone,

Hope you all had a great weekend

Let me introduce my self again, i am Rutvi khandwala, working with an IT Company as HR Professional.

We have current openings for a few positions and i am used to post job openings on different sites and to send individual candidate job as an email, this is how i am getting applications from the candidates. And after screening , i am used to call candidate for details and interview lineup.

Today i was making calls to the candidate for interview lineup and when i was talking with a candidate, my director entered in the cabin. I dont know somehow i got scared and was worried that my director is listening my call and he is observing my wording and way of communication.

So, I though i should get help from you seniors in this matter. I agree that i dnt give professional touch in my communication and speak to the candidate in a formal language.

Can anyone help me with providing a decent telephonic interview script and also guide me with to do's/ not to do's in telephonic round

It will be a great help from you and also it will help me a lot to improve my conversation with candidate

Regards,
