Dear Mr Waqar Shaikh,
A gold industry is by itself not fully described.
Is it
1.0 Gold Ornament making,
2.0 Recovery of Gold from metal scrap.
3.0 Making Gold alloys.
4.0 Manufacturing certain specific components etc.
The options as per me are
A) Learn from a competitor industry
B) Develop rapport with Factory Inspector and learn from him.

Dear Wakarshaik,
Gold industry is covered under The Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951. I have attached a copy of the act for your reference. Please go through the act and take appropriate advice from industry experts.

There is a ton of stuff already posted here about HR policies and anything else you need to know.
Please use the Find Information box at the top of every page here at CiteHR.
This question is asked many times every single week - even though the answers are already here posted by other members over the last few years.
Whilst there may be some special things relating to the Gold Industry, most HR stuff is routine and common to most industries and organisations.
I would suggest you research Gold industry companies in your area, make contact with the HR staff, and seek their assistance with particular industry questions relating to your new position.
