Dear All, One of our employees expired due to covid 19 while in service. He has a family - wife, son & daughter - both the children are 9 Years & 6 years old.
They are approaching Pf for the benefits. Can someone clarify for me whether 1 COMPOSITE CLAIM FORM (CCF) is enough to claim all the benefits (PF, PENSION, EDLI) or need to submit all three forms - 20, 10D, 5IF separately? Also please clarify whether the family is eligible for any Exgratia/Bonus of 1.50 Lakhs?
