Dear Respected Sir,

i was working in i=one company as manager but due to some reason company started harassing me and fix in false police case and terminated. after that withing 2 days of termination launched complaint to labor commissioner office in Mumbai. but after 6 month of filling complaint on 3rd or 4th hearing labour commissioner office said you are not liable to launch complaint here coz you are manager so you need to file complaint to other department so i decide to go to labour court and filed case of wrongful termination in court.

now company making intentionally making late in court like on 2 date the wont appear in court and 3rd date ask for another date. they are using cheap tactics for just making delayed case and wasting time of court and mine.

i just want to know how can i fight there case coz my lawyer is not trustworthy and he saying something and doing something.

how can i wing or how can i get justices ?

how can i strongly fight ?

how can i stop opposite party to making delayed or absenteeism ?

how can i take very short date coz now i am getting dates of 1 and half month or more than 2 month ?

help me in case anybody from Mumbai and ready to fight my case please inform me.

Dear Brother, I am also undergoing through this phase, however,my owners have not given termination letter and asked orally to stay at home, and resume duties if they call me back.Nobody called me.Then after passing two months jobless,I went to factory gate and was driven out by the younger generation owners.without termination letter. Hence I have lodged a police complaint, and a notice by a lawyer,to settle the issue. Now I am awating for negotiations/termimation.
Hope they will send termination letter, but I will a cept it conditionally.
I will ask for past two months salary plus three months future salary as a notice period plus gratuity,as I work here since nine years.
