Dr. Marion Keil CEO of synetz-international, has a doctorate in sociology, economics and anthropology. She is qualified in systemic consulting, coaching and Neuro-linguistic Programming. Company culture, strategies and structural changes fascinate her. She sees the interplay between these as a challenge for balance in systemic consulting. Her experience in consulting in many countries and companies from different industries has brought the idea of diversity to life for her. She constantly sees how in practice
work in large groups becomes an effective instrument of change.
She has also examined the theoretical aspects of this in several publications. She trains systemic consultants worldwide. She likes working against an international background. Her main fields of work are: Advising on change processes in companies, coaching, executive and team development, work in large groups, intercultural change processes, training.
