Dear Sasi,
You need to pay bonus for casual labors / Gate Casuals / Badilis. it should not less than AP Min wages.
Principal employer should pay the bonus / salaries etc. to the contract labor, only if the contractor fails to pay with in the due date.
Ceiling for Bonus Rs 3500/- per month, Bonus payment should calculate on (Basic + DA + Retaining Allowances etc)
Min Bonus 8.33% or Max Bonus 20%
