Dear all,
I have done MS(IT),M.Phil.I like to be in HR.Will any company provide HR Training. Is that enough that without MBA(HR) can i go into the field of HR.
Is it must that one should do MBA(HR).In that case i can do through distance studies.
Can anyone tell the details regarding this

Hi
If your communication skills are good (read as clarity in communication, not language), then you shouldn't have any problem in getting into the recruitment section of an organization. Depending on the promise and interest you show, the organization, depending on its own capability and interest in developing staff, would surely give you additional training in other HR topics.
However, I am curious as to why you wish to join / become an HR professional, after having completed your M. Phil.
Let me know if you want to discuss this further.
Regards.

Hi ..
You can do HR as u wish, the key centrics to bcome an HR is ,People centric person,Good Communication Skills,People Management Skills,Good Personal Networks,Good amount of Knowledge in Philosophy & Psychology.
If u want to take up ur carrer in HR u should not mind about Salary.
U can also go in to the Lecturer Field after u get trained in consultancy.
U cant go in to a corporate as u dont have relevant experience and educational background.
This is my suggestion. If u get trained about 1yr and good amount of contacts u can very wel suit to be an HR in the future.
