Hi all... I have resumed my career after a really long break of almost 8 years. I was a full-time mum, then nannying 2 kids.

Now, since I am rebooting myself, I need some help from you all.

Guidance to how to search candidates for free? any websites where I can get their resume along with contact details and I can contact them? or any website where I can post my requirements and get the resumes?

The field in which I am looking for candidates is Marketing and HR, Admin for a Stock Broking Company located in Gujrat.

Thanks and regards,
Priya

Hi Priya,
Congratulations on resuming your career! It's great that you are diving back into the workforce. When it comes to recruiting candidates for free, there are several online platforms and strategies you can consider:

LinkedIn:
LinkedIn is a professional networking platform where you can find a large pool of professionals in the fields of Marketing, HR, and Admin. You can use the search feature to filter candidates based on location (Gujarat) and relevant keywords.

Indeed:
Indeed is a popular job board where you can post your job openings for free. Candidates can also upload their resumes, making it a convenient platform for both employers and job seekers.

Naukri.com:
Naukri.com is a widely used job portal in India. You can post job listings for free, and candidates often upload their resumes. You can search for profiles based on specific criteria and contact potential candidates.

Shine.com:
Shine.com is another job portal that allows you to post job listings for free. You can search for resumes and contact potential candidates based on their profiles.

Government Job Portals:
Check government job portals such as National Career Service (NCS) where you can post your job openings for free. This can attract candidates who are actively looking for opportunities.

Local Job Fairs and Community Boards:
Attend local job fairs or check community boards in Gujarat. This can be a great way to connect with potential candidates who may not be actively searching online

Networking:
Leverage your personal and professional network. Inform friends, colleagues, and acquaintances about the job openings, and ask for referrals.

To ensure that your job listings are clear and detailed, specifying the skills and qualifications you are looking for. Additionally, be transparent about the company culture and benefits to attract the right candidates. Always respect privacy and legal considerations when reaching out to potential candidates.

Thanks
