How to present yourself & face professional Interviews...
Hello Friends,
I thank you all very much for comments and suggestions on my first ppt which I share regarding personal effectiveness and time management. This three hrs seminar on the same was huge success. My audience (CS Students) thoroughly enjoyed and believe me the session was afternoon one and audience had good lunch and with heavy eyes. My task was doubled first to pass my message and second to keep them awake. In this task I was able to keep them awake and fully interactive.
This is my second ppt aimed for three hrs session. The session was successful and audience (CS Students) were vey much benefited. There was lots of question answer session at the end which was to my satisfaction. Hope you will also enjoy.
Please give your suggestions and feedback to make my session more live and knowledge oriented.

Dear Mukesh
Thanks for sharing this document.
I want to continue further to the comments posted by the members.
Interview in today's scenario have leaped beyond the formal questions. A new practice has been indulged known as 'Lateral Thinking' along with few practices where, the candidates social networking websites like- Facebook, Orkut Etc are being monitored for the taste of the candidates lifestyle.
CV in fact are being monitored lesser and are more focused on the actual screening. CV's with Cover Letter are more preferable.

Hey if you are working for long term say 3-4 years you can say "I am with this company for 3-4 years all the things that were not in place are in place now. The system is working smooth. The challanges and oppertunities are exhausted. I am sailor of stom hence I feel uncomfortable in smooth ocean. Hence I am in search of some challenges in life. Hence wish to change for more exposure and challanges"

Here are few more comments from my side-
1. Never overestimate your competencies.
2. Never disclose your strength or weakness in the CV. This attributes needs to be performed or executed.
3. While mentioning references, do intimate the persons/entity about the interview schedule or at-least make them aware.
4. Instead of Career Objectives you can use the phrase- Career Synopsis. This can be initialized with the phrase - Award Wining Student in..................... < Could be sports or academic>
5. While mentioning the Job Experience details, start with the following sequence-
A. Company Name & Location.
B. Your Designation.
C. Duration.
D. Tasks & Responsibilites.
E. Major Highlights or Achievements.
F. Major Projects or Assignments.

Very nice presentation.
At times, we have noticed that job hoppers quite often lie with the interviewer wrt salary level. Howevr all your points are worth following.
