I have worked for a startup (say X) for 4 months (July 2021 to November 2021) and I didn't get the appointment letter or salary. After 4 months I joined another startup(say Y) for another 4 months (November 2021 to March 2022) and asked for experience letter from X company before joining Y. After some talks X gave me experience letter on their letter-head. Now I am joining an MNC and they are doing BGV. I have offer letter, appointment letter, salary slip and experience letter of Y but only experience letter of X. All three companies (X, Y and the MNC) are in India. I just have an experience letter and nothing else from X, but I have all the documents from Y.
Will I be in trouble somehow, as the MNC will be conducting BGV for both X & Y?
