Dear all, I have been gone through the interview by one of the MNC. As well as, I have received confirmation of selection after every round of interviews. On 09/02/2022 received a final confirmation call from HR, she said you have cleared all rounds of interviews and finally you have been shortlisted. In addition to this, they have conducted a pre-joining meeting ( document filling ) on 21/02/2022. I asked in the meeting sir I have not received the offer letter, he replied you will receive it soon. but till 28/02/2022, I have not received the same and I called HR on 28/02/2022, he replied we will be sent the same to you by today night only. But the reality is different, which means not received the same till now (3/03/2022 ). Should I reject or should I wait for some more time as well?

Dear Jaypal Singh,
You have cleared all the rounds of the recruitment process. Further, you have filled in the documents also. From your side, you have done everything that you could have. Therefore, show patience and wait for the offer letter. Communicate to them clearly that unless you receive the offer letter, you will not submit a letter of resignation to your current company and the day you submit the resignation, your notice period will start thereafter.
In every company, there is always some sort of delay. However, there is no rejection of the offer as the company has not issued you an offer letter. Nevertheless, you can withdraw your candidature. After clearing so many rounds, will be risky to withdraw the candidature? This assessment you will have to do.
Thanks,
