Dear HR Seniors, I have done MBA and BBA in HR, having 8 years of experience. Currently working with the manufacturing company as HR manager. I wish to study further, please suggest what course should I go for which will add value for my career in the future. Also, suggest a university/institution for the same.

My personal view is as follows:
As you are already qualified with Masters in HR, there is no need to again repeat any such course. You need to decide on your own what type of Career Aspiration you have in your mind and then take call to choose a suitable course.
1. If you are comfortable focus on Digital HR Courses ( Certification Program) offered by leading institutes and qualify on HR Automation related programs which is going to be the future
2. HR Analytics is anther area which is gaining importance now a days and go for a good certification program on HR Analytics if you are interested in this area
3. You may also decide Certification Programs on areas like Executive Coaching, Leadership Development etc if you are inclined towards that on Training and Development
4. If you are inclined to research then you may register for Ph.D. in HR and you may have multiple Career Options later
5. Focus on Automation, HR Related IT /Software courses and similar to that.
Any investment you do here after please focus only on Certification Programs to get yourself qualified to use such tools. Spend money for further courses only that adds value and aligned with the trends of the profession.

Do a program in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management or pursue Law. During my interactions with students of various B Schools what I have noticed is that they don't have a proper course/ paper on the core of Personnel/ H R Management, ie, Industrial Relations and Labour Laws. That is really a shortfall as far as an HR person is concerned.

Further to what Madhu TK & Vibhakar Ramtirthkar suggested, I think you first need to figure-out/decide in WHICH direction you want your career to go from here.
What course(s) or Post-PG or anything else you wish to do depends a lot on this factor--and this is something ONLY THAT INDIVIDUAL can decide. Others wouldn't know your complete range of experience & lessons learnt (or yet to be learnt) along the way.
Madhu's suggestion of going for something in Law/IR & PM would be the best bet IF you wish to settle in the manufacturing sector. And given the increased use of technology in today's manufacturing sector, a lot would keep changing in the IR & PM practices.
Vibhakar Ramtirthkar's suggestion reg Psychology would surely enable you to handle people better--irrespective of which sector or sub-field you wish to move into within HR (I consider the definition of HR as Human Relations rather than Human Resources).
IPR courses can be another choice IF you wish to switch your career to technology companies.
However, like I mentioned above, a lot depends on what future career roadmap YOU have in mind.
Once you are clear on this aspect, more accurate suggestions can come forth from the members of this Forum.
