I am In HR staffing company which provide end to end HR solutions (from Recruitment to Exit ) to a well known Bank.
I just want to know what are the basic grounds & process to know how much manpower I need in HR team to take care of 4000+ employee benefits, as attrition rate is very high in Banking industry.

Without knowing details of what type of benefits is the bank providing, what is the attrition rate, etc., even experienced persons cannot give you a figure. hence, more information you can give the better for repople to respond positively.
