Dear sir
I am working as a Sr manager in a Ltd company since last 3years. Employer has given me irregular salaries since last 2years. When I pressed them hard they sent a back dated termination letter of August 2017 month through email dated 3.11.17. Now, when I object against their termination letter, they are not responding. They mentioned the reason of termination is due to absent but I was present in the office. They have not released my full and final settlement till date. Now, I am sending my regular attendance through email and told them to pay my salary until they release my fnf settlement. This is a unfair practice to terminate a employee without a valid reason. Also, they have not paid income tax and pf of last 2 years which is deducted from my salary.
Now, how should I react and challenge them legally. Please advise me ASAP.
Thanks

This offence itself can land company in trouble if you contact EPFO office nearby in your place and so is the case with non remittance of IT.
What is the proof of your presence in office?
Send them a registered letter in detail-describing the problems and ask for remedial action.
If they fail probably a legal notice could be considered.
