1. Please guide me that how much percent TDS need to be deduct from contractual employee salary per month .
2. Please guide me , IF CTC/month of employee is below than 21000 INR and employee want that PF and ESIC both should not deduct from his salary as well as should not consider in contractual employee , then what is the compliance need to be follow in respect of company as well as employee.
3. If a employee doing Job in India and he belongs from Nepal and his parents living in Nepal and he wants that ESIC should not deduct from his salary.

It is not the choice of the employee as to whether his PF, ESI or TDS is to be deducted or not. Similarly CTC has no applicability in deciding, it is based on what the employee draws. When the employee is drawing less than Rs. 21,000/- he has to be a member of ESI and in case it is below Rs. 15,000/- then PF contribution is a must. TDS is deductible as per the statutory requirement. The reasons stated for non-deduction of ESI are not legally valid .
