Dear Pratibha,
Yes, forming a Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) is mandatory for every organization having more than 10 employees.
It is the ICC as required under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 and the Rules made thereunder.
If you need any professional help in complying with the law, please feel free to contact us. We have been helping a lot of Companies to ensure compliance with the new law.
Thanks,
Kind Regards,

Dear PratibhaShyam,
Avika ji has given you the answer.
Place of Vishakha Committee has been taken over by ICC under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.

Even if your organisation is having Lady Security Guards and Lady sweepers / safaiwali / female visitors, then also you need to have the ICC. If the same is not possible then you can make use of LCC, which may be available in your area / District.

Greetings,
What if a company has only 11 employees out of which two are women working 5+ years and another two just recently joined. Do they still have to form a committee? Also clarify how to involve NGO's member?
thanks and regards
