There is a false FIR charged by my father-in-law due to family issues and got interim order from the court not to take any legal action against me. Will it impact background verification on new employment? The new employer hasn't asked for any details related to criminal records in the BGV form.

Whether the FIR is false or true is a matter of law and until it is proved that the FIR is false it will be deemed to be genuine only. For a background verification agency also this applies. But if you are confident that you can convince the employer of your innocence, why should you worry?
