How to create challan and make payment for the period ended on Mar 19 and prior to that (or say for the period for which due date of RC submission is over)?
If challan cannot be created then how payment for that period can be made?
On portal no option seems to be for making such payment.

ESIC will issue C19 for the period with interest and damage(if any), which is payable by the establishment
ESI will issue C-19 or C-18 on Adhoc basis, thereafter there is option on the portal. But how one will make the payment prior to any such notice from ESIC?

The notice will be communicated to the employer, and will display on the ESIC portal under Recovery/ Defaulter challan (line 12 of last column) after login, after clicking there the employer can pay the same

@HR Consultant
But the Challan on portal in tab "Recovery/ Defaulter challan" will be on Adhoc basis, and after notice from ESI.
If one want to pay prior to any notice and on actual basis what he will do?
And even if receives notice but wants to pay on actual basis only what he will do?

Department issues C-19 or D18 on average basis in comparisons to last 6 month contribution, and after 45 days lapse, there is no online procedure to file the of belated contributions
However if the establishment feels to do so, they can write to Regional Director ESIC with actual facts with request to open the portal for specific period, and on scrutiny of facts, if they find it correct, they may allow to and would intimate the employer to file within the period as may be fixed by them
