Hello Guys ,
I got selected in Ericsson as Assistant Engineer Trainee. i got a mail from HR on 12th Feb'15 that i should submit all my documents. I Submitted my all documents successfully to them. I got confirmation mail from that HR on 19th. Few days back , i mailed that HR about the delay in my Offer Letter. so she replied me after 4 days with a message " Hi ,You need to wait for it. Your name is there in our list". now it has been 6 days since i got that Mail from HR . i am getting very impatient. it has been around month now and still i haven't got date of joining letter yet.If i send her the mail everytime then she might get irritated ,so can you guys suggest me what to do ?? even i made a call to them couple of times (before getting that mail) but there was no reply from there side .
what to do ?? Please suggest. it has been 22 days since i submitted my documents . all the students got their DOJ withing 7-8 days after submitting the documents. even i got mail from HR ..now what to do ?? it's my first job and i am feeling bit frustrated. Getting a job in india as fresher is not at all easy so please help me with your valuable suggestions.

Hello Amit,
Don't be impatient, as you are a fresher try giving more interviews and be positive. You are just going to start your career , so be calm . May be they are filled with the vacancies and next time they ll be contacting you if having any vacant space. Not a big deal . try giving more interviews and be confident.Like you have cracked this one you have a caliber to crack the other one .
Best of Luck .

Dear Gautam,
I appreciate that this is your first job, hence getting impatient. I will suggest you to please call on the HR official who contacted you for documents or the HR Manager thereafter and try to understand their problem causing delay in your case. Contacts on mail may not suffce in in some cases as that of yours. Besides, do not abandon efforts to hunt a job.
