I am doing MDBA final semester. I need to give my project title this week.
Can anyone suggest me in selecting my project title. I am working for a Research Institute in my centre we are around 50/55 working and in Head Office at Delhi around 400. Company has already prepared HR Manual and other policies etc. Of course we do conduct seminar/training programmes/workshops very often.
Can anyone suggest which project can I be involved in.

Before giving any title,
Consider your knowledge on the basics of that subject.
Then consider your interest.
Then the scope for strategic involvement.
And finally the edge that it can provide you with.
Any title with which you have satisfactory answer for these questions should be OK.
