Hi all,
I am working for a software company as a developer. I just joined 8 months ago. Now for appraisal they have given a form where I have to fill in the following details.
My main confusions are KRA & KPA
I have KRA KPA Appraise Comments.
What should i fill here?
Can you give some samples so that i can develop further...
Under other contribution:
What should i write in Knowledge Management?
What should I write for Initiatives in other areas?
Under Competency:
I have written for communication, Interpersonal skills, Analytical skills.
What should I write for solution design skills?
What should I write for documentation Skills?
Finally What should I give under Support from superiors?
Please help me. Being a fresher I dunno what to write under these columns.

1.Knowledge management- main aim is to preserve the data of employees even after they leave your organisation so dat any kind of havoc can be avoided and the new joinee doesn't have to start from scratch.
2. initiatives- You have to mention your awareness with regards to other domains other than your own.
3. Documentation skills- Again how well you have kept all the relevant records.
4. Support from seniors- only u can answer this :-)

All above said questions are you need to give the answers in your point of view/your openions only. these all are soft skills which indicates, how we can manage our work environment.
Pls give answers very carefully before filling appraisal form.
