Hello there,
I just singed in citehr a minute ago, so I'm still learning about how this cite works.
One reason why I'm here is because i want to know more about HR. I do know the basic details, but i need to know more for my upcoming interview for an HRA position.
I heard that this is the best cite that will provide us with the best information.
So i want to know what all should i prepare for this upcoming interview ?

Given that the scope of HR is enormous, there is no way on earth that you are going to learn enough about HR to front an interview in the next week or so.

If you have applied for a job of which you know very little about, and hope to bluff your way through the interview, then you are doomed to failure.

Get the job description and find out exactly what duties you will be required to do, and then work out what your options are. If you want to work in HR, you would be better to find an employer willing to employ and TRAIN you in the work.

It's not that i don't know anything about HR, i do, I'm a hotelier, I've trained in HR before, but now I'm applying for an HRA position, and it's much more. I just want to know what preparation do i need? And like I've mentioned earlier I've trained in HR, so no i won't be doomed to failure. I'm a hard working person, and these days I've been learning about HR, and i have one month to prepare for my interview. I just have the final round left, I'm already shortlisted. And I'm told that out of all candidates, I'm the most capable and potential candidate.
