Dear Yes if worker got injured in his hand and not able to do Bio metric punch and by default Bio metric is not working in those case you have to maintain attendance register for workers

Even though you are maintaining Bio-metric Attendance, you have to keep Manual Registers for Labour Inspector inspection or otherwise you have to take exemption from them to keep the records in soft copy or the printout from Bio-metric.
