Can you help me out? If an organization hires contract labor, can we issue a punch, time, or attendance card? If yes, how should we maintain it? If no, why not?

Dear Rama,

If you are the Principal employer, you have to insist that the contractor issue a time card, ID card, and payslip to the contract employee. Additionally, you must keep a record to show to the authority from the Inspector of Factories.
