Hi, I am Nikhil I am trying to register my new firm at EPF website but when we submit all formalities online and submit the same the error shows that the firm's name is not as per the PAn card name, since our firm is proprietor concern and the PAn is in the name of proprietor';s name. while making application if the constitution is selected as "proprietorship" then it accepts, perhaps selection is not done properly
another point, if the DSC used is in name of pan card holder, means the establishment is proprietorship, or it can be established with submitted documents.
but most of places ppl do this error, and select something else in constitution.
