We are U.S. based M.N.C. in India based out of Pune since 2005. I am Pratap Zende working as Human Resource Business Manager with this company. We are in Paints, Varnishers and Stains business and only having R & D Facility here in Pune.
In due course of time we are also looking to come in India market. As of now we are having all R & D People and since we are comparatively new in Indian market we are looking for some comparative data wherein we will be understand about giving employee benefits.
Currently we are also doing some employee benefits activities but wanted to know more about other same industries what they offer best for their employees. So we can do something for our employees.
So if someone can help me in getting such data would be really good. More specifically we are looking for bench marking data for higher positions to keep employee retention lower side as well as benefits for them.
