I was worked in a central psu(loss making)as an Executive Finance from 01.06.2015 to 07.04.2018. I have submitted my resignation through my HOD on 29.12.2017 and my notice period ended on 29.03.2018 and extended further nine days for completing pending activities as per the verbal request of the management.
my final settlement including my Paid Leave Encashment and medical benefits has not been released so far. I have request to HR many times, but they are saying only that they don’t have funds for payments. But they are paying their all employees who are currently working there.
As a reply of my mail, it has been informed by HOD HR that disbursal of Medical reimbursement and Paid Leave Encashment is presently kept in abeyance for all employees in the organization. Later it came to know that Leave encashment is released for retired employees and I have enquired the same to HOD HR of the organization. Telephonically he had informed that Leave Encashment is paid for worker category only. Even after the expiry of one year from my resignation, my full and final settlement is not made.
