What is your interest in doing this? R U targeting someone in particular? Do u have any grudge on Hp? Were you an HP employee anytime? R U HP's competitor? Anyone close to you part of this fake employee group?

Dear Dinesh,

If "lot" of employees with "fake" experience find a place in MNC, then it could be recruitment malpractice. But then do you have a firm evidence of malpractice in recruitment? If this is true then it must have happened with the connivance of HR. I doubt, whether writing to HR will work in anyway. However, make sure that you are not playing with anyone's career.

For Dfc9fc9a5a2add958475eb16e: - The originator of the post could be "social watchdog". Therefore, caution him however, I would not recommend you muzzling his voice or discouraging him. After all company none less than Yahoo had appointed CEO who had fudged his CV. Later he was sacked <link updated to site home> ( Search On Cite | Search On Google ) is altogether a different matter. These things happen inadvertently as well. It may or may not be a scam. Those who get employment by deceit do injustice to those who stand for values and do not adopt deceitful means to get employment. You have not written directly but then your post implies one should be mute spectator to anyone's wrongdoing however, this very tendency has put our country in dire mess!

Airing your concern at CiteHr might work, as many HR people are members of CiteHR and the news spreads. However, kindly make sure that you have solid evidence; otherwise you could get into trouble for damaging a company's reputation. Usually, I advise bloggers not to menmtion company names.

Hi,
Whereas I agree with the views expressed by all contributors, I feel that the given situation is some thing like every one in the bath tub sharing the same condition ( I dont want to use the correct phrase used for the situation in hindi, but you will understand it). I, therefore suggest to digest the sour pill instead of vomitting it out to avoid dirt spilling over you in some way or other.

If there are people working for various organisations, who are there through dishonesty of any sort, then so be it.
It is none of your business, so do not get involved in any way, shape or form.
It is for the company concerned to do the relevant checks and assure themselves that all their employees have gone through the correct recruitment procedures.
CiteHR members should only be concerned that all is well in their own organisations, and that due process has been followed.
Don't make trouble for yourself by getting involved in matters that do not concern you.

I would agree with Aussie John. You have no business to meddle in other organisations's affairs unless u r doing this as a reflection of your social responsibility in which case you should address this to other industry fora or regulators. As I have stated earlier I haver reasons to believe you have other motives and the issue you have raised is probably only a tool
