You can surprise to all female staff by arranging some surprise stuff at their desk, before they come to office on Women's day. eg.. you can arrange one photo frame with some Funky tagline for them with chocolates and rose..
Make arrangements of all these stuff prior one day or come early morning on women's day and arrange. You can also make photo shoot / video shoot of their expression and later post them.
It will be good surprise to them..
