Pls donot mind but, in my viw both of ur resumes are too lengthy..I mean 5-7 pages is just too long. One can't expect a person to read carefully such a long cv, just think of the guy who has been tasked to shortlist thousands of resumes. For him it is a boring n tedious job!!!

I completely agree with ranjeet. Resume should be a reflection of one's image. Increasing the no. of pages is not appropriate. The process of reading a resume shldnt be a boring task.
It shld capture all the highlights of ur activities keeping the pages to minimum. The other details can be told verbally in interview which would specify every point in the resume.
