1. One of our company employee has passed away before 3 year back in a road accident, now can his wife is eligible to take the benefit of EDLI amount. If yes, then how much amount she can take.
2. Also, she is getting widow pension, PF department is denied to give her pension, as they said she can take pension benefit only from one Govt. department. Now she dont want to take pension benefit from PF department as she is already getting widow pension, but she want to withdrawal her husband PF amount, then which documents she or employer has to fill for withdrawal. Please describe in brief it is very important.
3. The same member total service tenure in my company was 8.6 years, can his wife eligible to withdrawal his pension amount or only PF amount.
