I have a similar situation with Jubaida.
I am working in a small BPO company also providing seat leasing for call center accounts.
We only have 11 employees on our payroll as the others are paid directly by our seat lessees.
Now my concern is I've just been given the task as HR and I'll be handling our payroll.
I'm also to plot the schedule for 6 employees with these details:
3 working shifts a day, 7 days a week. Each employee has 2 day offs a week:
6am - 2pm
2pm - 10pm
10pm - 6am
Number of agents on duty:
__________Mon___Tue____Wed____Thu____Fri___Sat__Su n
6am-2pm____1_____2______2_____2_____2____2_____1
2pm-10pm___1_____1______1_____1_____1____1_____1
10pm-6am___2_____2______2_____2_____2____2_____2
The problem with the schedule I plot is that some agents have to work 6 days a week
as the schedule demands more than 6 agents on a 5-day work week.
Without the knowledge & experience, I'm now trying to get as much information online.
In the months to come, our marketing dept. would be able to bring in more clients which
means more employees. I don't have any idea what files to compile for each employee
and I believe I'd be involved in the hiring process soon.
I hope you could provide me with basic information and solutions.
