Under Haryana Contract Labour(R&A) Rules Form VIII, is the Register of contractors, mentioning their particulars, which has to be maintianed by Principle Employer.
But in Central Rules, Form VIII is the application by Principle Employer for Temperary Registration of their Establishment under CLRA Act, which contained the particular of contractors deployed in establishment.
