Thanx for your suggestions.... but understand that in order to be human, you have to behave humnaistic..... Some of the companies such as xxxxxx dont foloow such things.... People should know the ugly nature of TLs, Hr and MD over there... so that they can be cautious.....

A classic case of how the best can always be abused/misused.....considering what CiteHR had/has to offer in terms of knowledge updation/upgradation & advice without any expectations, ironic how some people chose to use it the wrong way.
I guess S.Sethupathy is being proved wrong [Everything will be changed]--some things & some people never ever change I guess.....until they get hit badly & experience the consequences of their actions themselves :-)
