My PF claim form 10C is rejected showing AUTHORISED AMT IS ZERO. I searched every platform to ascertain the reason behind this but I was not able to find any answers.
I request the members to kindly help me understand why this problem happened and what I can do to resolve the same.

Form-10-C is for pension claim under PF & Misc. Act. Please check whether any contribution has been made at Pension Fund by your organization. If you have joined in the organization with PF Gross ( Basic +DA) more than 15,000/- per month on or after 1.9.2014, then you were not eligible for Pension fund membership if it is not a continuity of membership.
