Hi , i have one question if salary amount is 60k monthly and there is no deduction or pf facility in startup company then what is the breakup of salary. Please help me out.

If the posting is in Pune, a tier 2 city, is't for a manufacturing Co. or an office to be under Shops & Commercial Estts Act.?? - You may consider these -
Basic pay, any where between @ 35 & 50%
Fixed & variable DA @ 20-25%
House Rent Allow. @ 10-15%
Conveyance reimbursement @ 5-8%
Medical allw. @2-5%
If married and having children- Edu.Allow.1-2%
If Uniform involved-Uniform allw-1-2%
Other allowances-2-5%
