The Ease of Compliance to Maintain Registers under various Labour Laws Rules, 2017 are applicable to the establishments where all Central Rules are applicable. State Government have passed/adopted their own Rules for Ease of Compliance to Maintain Registers under various Labour Laws.
What about the Union Territories who have adopted the Rules of neighbouring States, like Chandigarh has adopted Punjab Rules? Do we assume that the Central Ease of Compliance to Maintain Registers under various Labour Laws Rules, 2017 will be applicable to all UTs?

Dear Member,
If the UT Chandigarh has adopted the Punjab Rules then in that in our opinion they are not to follow The Ease of Compliance to Maintain Registers under various Labour Laws Rules, 2017. For other Union Territories one is required to examine the applicability of Labour laws i.e. Central or State & if they are following the Central Rules then this ease of compliance will be applicable.
