I am here to take any guidance for my career growth. I have done masters in HR. Thereafter, I worked with a small company which was closed (fake company) for 6 months.
After this, due to lack of jobs, I took up a backend job and after one year I left that too and started preparing for the PSU for 4 years- but I could not make it. Now I am back to where I started. Should I go for HR professional or backend job?
If I select HR profession, from where will I have to start.
Please help me in understanding the possible career growth path.
