Dear Ashwini,,
It's a good think that you are reaching out to the community of practitioners for support; However, before one share training programs for entry level employees, you need to tell us more. Not every industry or company's need for training even fresh graduates are same.
Your first need to ask or find out what behavioral skills are required of new employees?
Does your company have a competency framework that identifies such? If not, what are the job roles of the fresh grads - can you identify the cluster of skills they need to have to be successful? What do they need to be able "to do" and what level of cognitive ability do they need to demonstrate?
Evaluate and review the current on-boarding or orientation program of your company. How does it work? What does it include?
Once you do these things - and identify what you need to train for , and at what level based on your candidate pool and position requirements you will be in a stronger position to ask for assistance on the specifics of training programs.
All the best
