Hello,
Please tell me the steps to follow when a female employee has gone on maternity leaves. Her 26 weeks of maternity leaves are getting over very soon. How should i take it forward? How should i follow up with her and does she need to submit any documents if she decides to resume work on the assigned date? what if she ask for extension of leave? Can we deny it if its affecting our work ?
Please provide your valuable inputs.
