Thxs for reply. i did the same but not able to find something which can help me. I actually want to identify potential attrition cases and prioritize retention efforts. Can you help to design something which help not only to retain but also to identify the attrition probables.

As we all know that insurance is a very volatile market. Before designing anything you need to identify various reasons for attrition then only you can come out with a plan which can move further.
For your understnading please note attrition can happen due to:
Lack of training
Improper man to man handling
CTC offered... etc, etc

openly voice their needs, interests, and opinions. In addition to decision making, ownership also includes

what it has planned. Constant updates, whether through emails, newsletters, websites, or meetings, are
key to maintaining a base-level of interest.

General meetings are popular ways to disseminate information and update members. However, the
drawback with general meetings is that it is a passive activity. In other words, members merely sit and
listen to the leadership speak. Although such meetings are good to have once or twice at the beginning of
the year, meetings during the rest of the year should focus on getting members involved in some activity.
